The Alpine region of Trentino-South Tyrol is undoubtedly the symbol of the Italian mountains. The Dolzan family has continued the tradition of distillation in this wonderful environment for over 170 years, paying great attention and respect to nature and the ancient ways of working in the mountains, such as growing barley at high altitudes. This mountain whiskey was stored for a long time in oak barrels and then further matured in barrels previously used to mature the exceptional raisin wine of Pantelleria on the beautiful Mediterranean island.

Tasting notes

Refined scent, intense, pleasantly fruity bouquet of ripe and candied citrus fruits, enriched by notes of sweet almonds and acacia honey. Particularly delicate on the palate, with a significant aromatic, floral and fruity bouquet and a slight minerality on the finish.
