Is aged for a long time in French medium-roasted 225 litre wood barriques, in the darkness of our cellars at constant temperature. The best vintages are then blended together.

Nose: delicate and complex, particularly warm, elegant, fine and intense, with notes of bread, raisins, orange peel, wild flowers, elderberry, vanilla, plum, dried fruit, and amaretto.Palate: soft, rich, charming, velvety, very harmonious , graceful and delicate, long-lasting aromas persistence, with notes of vanilla, almonds, cocoa, tobacco, liquorice and walnut husks.
