Situated in the heart of Valpolicella Classico in the hills of Negrar in the hamlet of Roselle. Altitude of 250 and 450 metres above sea level. Exposure mainly to the south-east. Soil composition: predominantly clay, in places calcareous. Grass cover of the vineyard.
This wine goes very well with all red meats, grilled or boiled. Also good with traditional Italian cuisine such as tagliatelle with black truffles.
Dark, full ruby red, notes of red fruits, vinous and spicy, harmonious, full and velvety, with a balanced relationship between tannins and acidity.
