On the nose, fresh citrus notes, tropical fruits such as pineapple, and slightly spicy undertones. On the palate, it is complex and creamy, with flavours of ripe lemon, subtle nutty notes and lively acidity. A long, harmonious finish.
It goes perfectly with seafood, paella, grilled salmon and Mediterranean fish dishes.
