This wine comes exclusively from vineyards averaging over 40 years old on the Rotaliana plain. The vivacity and the softness form a perfect unity, characterised by a pursuit of scents of fruits and vegetables and fine vanilla notes. This wine of accentuated balance is able to express the elegance and delicacy of the Teroldego Rotaliano in the best possible way.
With roasts of red meat and well-cured hard cheeses
Hue Ruby red tending towards garnet. Scent Freshly harvested cherries made into jam, vanilla. The taste is soft, long-lasting and spicy.
