Goes well with pasta, meat, poultry.
Extremely finely nuanced aromas, characterized by red berries and the fine barrel aging, creamy. Very delicate start, tannins of the finest quality, nestles elegantly on the palate. Looks Burgundian, an absolutely filigree Merlot. The parade horse from Trapletti's "Kitchen".
