For his top wine, Trapletti allows the grapes to dry on the vine for around 10 days - this achieves enormous intensity. Aging for 16 months in barriques of different sizes. Culdrée is the dialect form of Coldrerio.
Goes perfectly with fine meat dishes and grilled foods
Finest roasted aromas, vanilla, red wild berries, very fruity and intense. The wine slowly expands on the palate, unfurling little by little and letting you feel its power and complexity. A fine, ripe tannin, almost silky, has great potential.
