Aged Pineau des Charentes, very nutty, rancio, encaustic, earthy, cocoa, ending with green and fruity tones like sloe berries. Dry and slightly acidic on the palate, apple, walnut and peanut, balsamic and old barrel notes, lily of the valley and pungent flowers.
