Rosso Venti IGT Toscana 2019

This limited edition wine was produced in honour of the 20th anniversary of the winery. It is an elegant wine that showcases the best of our Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The name comes from the number twenty in Italian, a reference to our twenty years in the wine world. However, depending on where you place the accent, the word also means "wind", which is a strong natural element in our Tuscan winery. The best selection of our Sangiovese and Merlot grapes are aged in French oak (500 lt.) for twenty months. This is followed by a bottle ageing of 12 months. With only 1,400 bottles produced for 2016, Venti is a special limited edition wine available exclusively at DM Vini.

Red meat, grilled, game, cheese.

Black crimson with violet reflections. Dark fruit notes on the nose, cassis, cedar, mocha, violets, some leather and tobacco. Mouth-filling and fleshy on the palate with a very complex variety of aromas. Wonderfully rich, but fine-grained tannins and a perfectly integrated acidity provide the necessary structure. Long, intense and creamy finish.
