Rosso Venti IGT Toscana 2019

This limited edition wine was made in honor of the winery's 20th anniversary. It is an elegant wine that showcases the best of our Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. The name comes from the number twenty in Italian and is therefore a nod to our twenty years in the wine world. However, depending on where you place the emphasis, the word also means “wind,” which is a strong natural element in our Tuscan winery. The best selection of our Sangiovese and Merlot grapes are aged in French oak (500 lt.) for twenty months. This is followed by a bottle aging of 12 months. With only 1,400 bottles produced for 2016, Venti is a special limited edition wine available exclusively at DM Vini.

Red, grilled meat, game, cheese.

Black crimson red with violet reflections. Dark fruit notes on the nose, cassis, cedar, mocha, violet, some leather and tobacco. Mouth-filling and fleshy on the palate with a very complex variety of aromas. Wonderfully rich but fine-grained tannins and a perfectly integrated acidity provide the necessary structure. Long, intense and creamy finish.
