The Gaja growths are exemplary in their seductive brilliance and stylistic perfection. In their youth, they overwhelm with opulence and generosity, but after an appropriate waiting period, they reveal all their depth and complexity.

Pairing

Wonderful with steamed guinea fowl with morels or fried zander with caper sauce.

Fine bouquet of citrus fruits, meadow flowers and a delicate note of honey. The Gaja Rossj bass is characterized by its elegant body, remarkable depth and mature acidity. The seven-month aging in barriques ensures character and complexity.
