Sito Moresco is Angelo Gaja's version of the Piedmontese author's wine. The juicy, attractive, elegant wine is in perfect harmony and impresses with a great price-performance ratio.

Pairing

This Gaja Sito Moresco Rosso DOC goes perfectly with noble wild birds such as pheasant or guinea fowl.

Tasting notes

The ruby red Sito Moresco is decidedly fresh and fruity. The bouquet contains aromas of ripe cherries and berries, underlined by fine spice notes. The rich taste spreads powerfully with tightly woven tannins, mineral in the finish.
