The fully ripe grapes are completely destemmed and then subjected to a long maceration period before fermentation, which lasts 20 days, begins. The wine is stored in French barriques for 12 months before being bottled.
Festive main course such as a roast beef or game marinated for a long time in red wine or a Hasenpfeffer.
Intense ruby red, smells wonderfully of wild berries and is well structured on the palate. Finishes long and leaves a lot of sweet and spicy notes.
