Pairing

Powerful wine, with an elegant structure, the tannins are present but velvety. Goes very well with red meat, game and mature alpine cheese.

Tasting notes

As a young wine, it requires a long maturation phase. As a mature wine, it develops an intense scent of ripe fruit with a light note of vanilla and tobacco pipe. Mature character, with soft, complex and elegant tannins. Partial desiccation of the grapes in the harvesting container to intensify the taste, the scent and the aromas.
