Winemaking process: harvest in baskets, 14 hours of cold maceration, pressing and settling of the must with cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel.

Fish grilled / fried, fish poached, vegetable dishes, medium-aged cheese, seafood / shellfish

Bright straw yellow, aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit on the nose. Mineral, balanced and fresh on the palate. An elegant and delicate white wine.

In the rather dominant aftertaste, herbal attributes (grassy, green paprika) stand out a little more in addition to fruity notes.
