Hand harvest, cold maceration, soft pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel wine barrels for about 15 days. Ageing "sur lie in tonneaux" (500 litres) for 10 months. Ageing in bottles for 12 months.
Fish, soup, antipasti.
Straw yellow with golden reflections, fruity, tropical with orange notes on the nose, intense, persistent, spicy. Well-balanced and fresh on the palate with an intense aftertaste of butter and passion fruit.
