Le Roc is a wine made from plots of Syrah situated at the foot of one of our magnificent villages in the north of the Massif, dominated by a limestone cliff. Pairing

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to wild boar stew with mashed potatoes and truffles, or chocolate cake.

Tasting notes

A very pure nose. Hints of morello cherry mingle with a very soft, delicate toastiness, and the palate is dazzling, with the same aromatic purity in the background. The whole is vibrant and marked by morello cherry. The tannins are structured and powdery, with just the right presence to accompany the aromatic development on the palate. The finish is marked by cocoa aromas.

Beautiful fullness due to the aromatic intensity, underpinned by the concentration of the well-structured, well-integrated tannins, which are in no way aggressive. The whole is rich and silky.
