Grappa Tignanello is obtained from the distillation of the pomace of Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes harvested on Tignanello. Only the best pomace, which is rich in alcohol and, above all, aromatic, is distilled, which makes the Tignanello an extremely fine grappa.
