The blue of the labels is intended to evoke an idea of the ancient sea that characterized the soils of Franciacorta. From these soils of marine origin, layered marl and rocks rich in fossils, Extra Brut is created, which expresses the freshness, minerality and fine structure of the location.

Ideal as an aperitif, but thanks to its dynamism it is also a suitable accompaniment to starters and main courses, especially fish.

Subtle notes of almonds, fresh ginger and lush cedar flavor. Fresh in the mouth, aromatic with a silky structure.
