"The blue of the label is meant to evoke an image of the ancient sea that characterised the soils of Franciacorta. From these soils of marine origin, of stratified marl and fossil-rich rocks, comes the Extra Brut, which expresses the freshness, minerality and fine structure of the site. "
Ideal as an aperitif, but thanks to its dynamism it is also a suitable accompaniment to starters and main courses, especially fish.
Fine notes of almonds, fresh ginger and rich cedar flavor. In the mouth fresh, aromatic with a silky structure.
