Chardonnay Curtefranca Bianco DOC 2018

The Chardonnay Curtefranca Bianco is vinified using traditional methods that are otherwise only used in Burgundy. It ferments in small wooden barrels and is then slightly oxidatively aged. Its light yellow color alone suggests something unusual.

Starters with fish and shellfish or white poultry.

Unimaginably fine bouquet of ripe fruits, flowers, butter and brioches, wrapped in an elegant woody note, the full fruity taste and the long, creamy aftertaste are magnificent.
