Made purely from Pinot Noir grapes harvested in Philippe Costa vineyards in the Grand Cru de Ay, using the "saignée" method (brief skin contact with the juice of Pinot Noir grapes) and without blending with Chardonnay red wine.

Tasting notes

Wonderful salmon color with notes of red fruits and roses, with an irresistible scent of freshly baked bread. The palate is rich and rounded, with delicate red fruit flavors and an elegant, refreshing mousse.
