The Ziru Bianco can be wonderfully combined with fine pasta dishes, fish and poultry.
Antonella Corda wanted to make a great wine from autochthonous grapes, revealing all the scents and the hidden power of each grape. A complex floral bouquet that goes well with a marked fruity and mineral note, united by a body understood by the reflections of the Oratas. The terracotta-honed tannins and crucial acidity compete for every sip on the scene.
