The Alpine region of Trentino-South Tyrol is undoubtedly the symbol of the Italian mountains. A small and happy area with green meadows, pristine forests, high peaks, streams with pure water and the glaciers of the Brenta Dolomites from which crystal clear, fresh water gushes. For over 170 years, the Dolzan family has continued the tradition of distillation in this wonderful environment, paying great attention and respect to nature and ancient mining activities such as barley cultivation at high altitudes. This mountain whiskey was stored in oak barrels for a long time and then further matured in barrels made from the valuable and rare red fir wood of the Dolomites.

On the nose, this whiskey impresses with a wonderful concert of forest aromas, with notes of fresh bread and hints of vanilla and roasted dried fruits. A taste of great gentleness and personality, of sensational aromatic finesse, characterized by balsamic and resinous nuances.
