Aperitif, Asian dishes with subtle heat, grilled vegetables, mild hard cheese
Medium golden yellow. Fine herbal spices, highlighted with a hint of nougat and yellow fruit, delicate honey and spices on the nose. Juicy and mineral on the palate, notes of yellow stone fruit with a classy acid structure. Ripe peach in the aftertaste, very good future.
