After the harvest in the first week of September, this 100% Merlot wine is fermented in wood for about 27 days. This is followed by 18 months of ageing on the skins in new French barriques. After bottling in early June, it rests in the bottle for another 6 months before being released for sale.
Meat and game dishes and good cheese. But it can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
Deep ruby red, beautiful bouquet of blueberry fruit, fully ripe cherries, figs and a noble wood spice. Powerful on the palate, supporting tannins, perfect structure, rich in finesse, delicately chocolaty, great length and mineral nuances. Redigaffi is a very big promise for the future.
