The fresh mountain air from the San Boldo Pass flows into our vineyards and slows down the ripening process. This gives the grapes a tart quality that makes them ideal for making Brut.

Ideal aperitif, with starters and first courses with vegetable sauces as well as minestrone, seafood and fine fish dishes.

Bright, light straw yellow, lively with a fine and persistent perlage. Elegant and complex on the nose of golden apples with hints of wild flowers. Taste intense, dry and fresh.
