The word Hazañas has its origins in Spanish and means something like “heroic deeds”. However, the origin of the expression goes back to the brilliant deeds of Spain's literary heroes such as Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar, whose numerous Hazañas against the Moorish infidels inspired the poem: Cantar del mio Cid. The philosophy of the Hazaña brand is to take into account modern trends without losing the characteristic personality of Rioja.

Fantastically deep color, wonderful berry fruit and moderate toast and vanilla character. With a hint of spice on the nose, the palate shows an incredibly supple structure. pleasant, slightly dusty museum scent...very nice! Tight and compact on the palate, grainy structure, juicy acidity brings balance and drinking flow, all backed by fine cassis candy fruit.
