This LBV was deliberately aged for four years in a very large old oak barrel with a capacity of 9000 liters. As a result, a lot of fruit and youthfulness remained in the wine. That's why this LBV can also be served slightly chilled as a special aperitif - try it out!
It is also very appreciated as an aperitif. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheese or desserts.
Shows itself in a full dark purple. Very complex on the nose. Intense aromas of ripe red fruit combine beautifully with fresh Gum Cistus notes and nutty hints. Very elegant on the palate. Excellent volume and firm structure with firm but silky tannins. Ripe forest fruit aromas and a delicate hint of spices. Fresh and elegant with a long-lasting finish.
