Porto Fine White

Dows Fine White is primarily made at Quinta do Sol Winery. Only traditional white grape varieties from the Douro Valley are used.

Aperitif, dessert, hard cheese, soft cheese or as a mixed drink, aperitif.

Clear yellow. The tart, fruity bouquet is reminiscent of bitter orange, spicy components are in the foreground, but are rounded off by delicate notes of caramel and vanilla. In the present body, a soft sweetness appears at first, until the acidity becomes noticeable. In the finish you can feel a slight bitterness next to the taste of white raisins.
