Wine lovers are increasingly expressing the desire to be able to buy mature Pinot Noir wines. In fact, ripe red wines are admirable masterpieces. Since 2015, 500 bottles of Pinot Noir Grand Vin have been set aside for each vintage. Now the time seems right to show for the first time how the 7-year storage period has changed the wine. The Pinot Noir Grand Vin is carefully developed and pressed at Wolfer so that the wine has stable aging potential. The result can now be seen in the matured wine. The high level of quality will be maintained for years to come.
