The Ginger Sal De Riso Panettone is a soft, naturally leavened baking product containing a cream of Amalfi Coast IGP limoncello, candied ginger and Amalfi Coast IGP candied lemon peel. The topping consists of white chocolate, lemon chocolate shavings, limoncello pudding and candied Amalfi Coast IGP and ginger peels directly in the Sal De Riso pastry shop. The other ingredients such as butter, eggs and flour are exclusively Italian. The complete absence of dyes and preservatives makes this product unique in its distinctive aroma and taste.
