Ideal as an accompaniment to meat dishes with a strong taste such as pork knuckle or grilled meat.

Ruby red. The bouquet appears ethereal and full, with a light vanilla tone. On the palate, this wine is soft, velvety and intense, full, with delicate tones of licorice, spices and a touch of Goudron.
