The Nambrot is the object of research at Tenuta di Ghizzano. It was created in 1996 from Merlot grapes and was further developed in the following years together with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot as a blend.
Goes well with pasta with spicy sauces, meat dishes such as braised meat, game, grilled meats and mature cheeses.
Concentrated ruby red with garnet reflections. Bouquet of wild berries, cherries and blackberries. Spicy on the palate, nice power, well balanced and reverberation in the finish.
