The Donnafugata Mille e Una Notte DOC is probably one of the best red wines from Sicily, which is also presented in an often award-winning version. An outstanding red wine from Sicily, which consists of the best grapes from Nero d'Avola and other indigenous grape varieties.
With grilled and roasted red meat, lamb, mature cheese (Ragusano); Porcini mushrooms, rabbit and meatloaf.
The scent impresses with its spicy floral notes. The taste is full-bodied, with infinitely rich, broad and deep aromas, excellent structure and fullness and a long aroma persistence. The finale is terrific.
