When it gets warm outside, it's just the right aperitif. He also gets along splendidly with appetizers such as mussels or vitello tonnato.

Strong straw yellow, elegant aroma spectrum, fruity at the beginning, with a fine vegetal trace that extends throughout the tasting. Slight hints of acacia, peach, apple, banana, pineapple, plum and sweet citrus fruits. On the palate it is soft, balanced by a good freshness supported by an elegant sapidity.
