Tasting notes

The core is black-violet with a burgundy edge. The nose offers spices of toasted oak, black pepper, forest berries, tobacco and mineral notes. On the palate it shows similar complexity and is quite full, reflecting the character of the vintage. The lush tannins are balanced by wonderfully concentrated flavors. He has a long life ahead of him.
