Il Maschio da Monte is a Rosso Piceno that has not been produced before. Stefano Antonucci uses 100% Montepulciano for this real "Marchigiano". The grapes, which come from a mini vineyard near Barbara, are harvested relatively late when the grapes are optimally ripe.
With rabbit and guinea fowl, also with pork roll roast and steaks.
Full, fresh acidity, fine fruit, perfectly balanced, sweet tannins.
