"Fermentation with maceration of the skins at a controlled temperature of 26 °C for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place after the alcoholic fermentation. 14-16 months in traditional Slavonian oak barrels of 24 and 35 Hl, and finally 4-6 months in bottle. Production: 10,000 bottles".
It goes well with all main dishes of Italian cuisine.
Deep ruby red, with characteristic notes of Mediterranean cherries and red fruits; Balanced, well structured, rich in tannins, leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
