Grappa Giare Amarone Legno + 2 Gläser

Single-vineyard grappa with a fine and decisive bouquet and pleasantly harmonious flavour that lingers long on the palate. Obtained through the Bagnomaria distillation of Amarone marc in a discontinuous still, the grappa is aged for at least 36 months in small oak barrels with a capacity of 500 litres. During the maturation period, the master distiller closely follows the evolution of the blend, checking flavours and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
