Only Giusto di Notri pomace from the Tua Rita winery is the raw material for this top grappa. Only barriques from Tua Rita's top Wine Giusto di Notri were used for aging, the aroma of which makes the grappa taste so vinous.

Nose: Soft, notes of sage, citrus and vanilla. Palate: Fine, harmonious, aromatic.
