On the gentle hills of the hinterland of Trapani we find this type of soil, rich in silty-clay substances, compact and resistant to drought. Thanks to its characteristics, it seems to be the ideal habitat for the cultivation of numerous red and white grape varieties.
Grilled red tuna, mussel soutè, marinated red mullet fillets, baked amberjack.
Straw color with olive green reflections. Shows a complex blend of Mediterranean citrus. On the palate it is elegant and tasty. Excellent balance.
