In the glass, it presents itself in an intense straw yellow colour with a fine and lively perlage. The nose is rich in ripe yellow and tropical fruit with a hint of yeast and pastry. In the mouth, the fruit is concentrated, the flavour fresh and spicy. A champagne of great elegance. Very beautiful and perfect for understanding Maxime's signature style.
