This wine is vinified by the oenologist of the legendary "Sassicaia", with both the oenologist and the owner of the Sassicaia estate involved in this project.
A nice accompaniment to beef, lamb, game, artisanal dried meats and mature hard cheese.
The wine is dense and powerful, smells of black cherries, the tannins are round and soft.
