The grapes for the Barbera d'Alba Trevìe (formerly Tre Vigne) come mainly from vineyards in Castiglione Falletto.
The wine harmonizes very well with dark meat. It goes well with mature cheese.
This Barbera shows notes of red berries and spices on the nose. Warm and harmonious on the palate. The tannins are fine-grained and the acidity appears well balanced.
