The Barbaresco Montersino comes from the cru vineyard Montersino, one of the historic Barbaresco vineyards; the extreme exposure on the steep slope with deep, barren soils are ideal conditions for a great wine.

An elegant accompaniment to roasted and braised meat, dishes with lamb and game or mature cheese.

Rich ruby colour with cherry-red reflections. Seductive, multi-layered nose. Sweet cherries, redcurrants, some undergrowth, dried flowers, warm spices. Remarkable power, but wrapped in velvet gloves. Pithy, muscular tannins of the best quality. Perfectly accentuated acidity. A powerful, aromatic body that lingers for a long time.
