Amaretti Moriondo Classici Scatola

When the production of Amaretti Moriondo Carlo was transferred from the original production site in Via Saracco to the headquarters of the Berta distillery, an ancient recipe was discovered by Francesco Moriondo, who was then working at the royal court. The enthusiasm for this old panettone recipe was so great that it was included directly in Berta's production. In order to combine this traditional pastry with Berta's grappa varieties, the original recipe was revised and refined with fine, dark chocolate drops and a grappa cream filling from Bric del Gaian 2009.
